About me

I joined the Íæż½ã½ã in June 2014 as Lecturer in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and Coaching after completing my PhD. My main responsibility is to provide academic leadership for the development and delivery of the School's personal and professional development initiatives. I was previously a teaching assistant within the Íæż½ã½ã Management School where I co-ordinated modules and developed teaching materials. Prior to joining the Íæż½ã½ã I was initially a textile designer and then factory manager with responsibility for customer liaison. Education:

Bachelor of Science with Honours in Management Science and Psychology, Íæż½ã½ã Master of Research in Business and Management, Íæż½ã½ã Doctor of Philosophy; Management Thesis Title: Modelling the Shift in the Balance of Care in the NHS; Íæż½ã½ã

My research interests extend from my thesis: operational research models in the public sector and from my employment: the pedagogy of employability of graduate students.
