Getting around

It's easy to get around our campus by walking or cycling. We have bikes for hire with Nextbike giving students free use of the scheme and free rental of a bike for the first 30 minutes of every ride.

Culture on campus

Our campus hosts a thriving international programme of culture, comedy and theatre. You can follow our sculpture trails, explore our art collection and discover some of the more unusual hidden cultural gems on our campus.

We respect and accommodate all faiths and none on campus through our Chaplaincy Centre and our facilities for our Muslim community.

We¡¯re proud to call ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã our home - a city shaped by its unique history, with a lively arts scene and the beauty of a national park close by.

You can also discover the city using a new augmented reality app, ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã XP. It lets you explore ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã in a unique and exciting way through your smartphone screen. Getting to the city of ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã

We have excellent bus links to and from ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã city centre. Young people under 22 who live in Scotland are entitled to free bus travel in Scotland. Find out more about getting to the campus.

On campus, there's a small Nisa supermarket in Campus Central and a Co-Op in nearby in Bridge of Allan. In ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã you'll find all the big supermarkets plus smaller specialist stores, a Chinese supermarket and a Halal store. Many supermarkets will deliver to the accommodation on campus.

You'll find plenty of comedy, arts and theatre venues all within easy reach, including our on-campus Macrobert Arts Centre.
